Refund / Replace Policy
We have a 14 day refund or replace policy. We do not anticipate anything going wrong, but we know accidents happen, and we want to make it right. To be eligible, your item must have arrived in unsuitable condition, damaged in production or shipping, and/or possess a serious, unintended, permanent visual flaw. You have the choice of a refund OR replacement, not both. To start a refund or replace request, or for any order questions:
- Email us at orders@withoutaframe.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Fully describe the issue, the product, and include your order # or name
- Attach photos of the issue, as many as support your description
- Clearly request REPLACE or REFUND
Shipping damage or production issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not require return shipments
Be sure to attach photos proving your claim, and detail the issue. If your request is approved, we’ll refund the sales price OR begin the replacement process. You'll be able to dispose of the unwanted item as you see fit.
We want to make it right: Replacements
We sincerely hope you'll consider giving us another chance. Your new item matching the original order will be reproduced and shipped to you at no additional cost.
Or we'll refund your purchase price
If you choose a refund over replacement, the purchase price will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
