About Flowering Poppies
Flowering Poppies (1907) by Gustav Klimt, also known as Poppy Field, depicts a meadow filled with red poppies, which includes several fruit trees that visually merge with the dominant poppy field. The dense foreground gives way to a panoramic horizon, with a background of trees and a slim representation of the sky. A range of greens were carefully selected and placed to create a hierarchy between the large poppy and daisy blossoms, the fruit-filled trees, and the distant skyline.

- All sizes given are in inches (″), assembled within a ¼″ tolerance.
- Stretched canvases are assembled within a ¼″ tolerance, ex. an 8x12″ canvas's final dimensions will be ~8x12″, on 1.5″ deep stretcher bars.
